Plans must be paid upfront, allowing users to lock in savings. Depending on your phone, you can choose between a physical SIM card or an eSIM for instant digital delivery.
One of the standout features of Ultra Mobile’s plans is the inclusion of unlimited talk and text to over 90 international destinations. This feature allows users to stay connected to loved ones across the globe without worrying about extra charges.
If your country is not among the 90+ covered destinations, purchasing International Calling Credits online or via the app gives you a 25% bonus credit, making it even more cost-effective to stay connected. In addition, Ultra Mobile goes beyond standard international calling by offering unlimited global texting, ensuring that no matter where you are, you can send messages to your loved ones.
Frequent travelers to Mexico or Canada can also enjoy seamless connectivity with Ultra Mobile’s free unlimited talk and text while abroad. Designed with cross-border communication in mind, this feature means users can stay in touch effortlessly, eliminating the need to switch plans or worry about extra fees—perfect for those who regularly hop between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
Another notable feature is Ultra Mobile’s Call Me Free service. This innovative offering allows your friends and family in over 40 countries to call you for free. The beauty of Call Me Free is that it acts as a local call for your loved ones abroad, meaning they can call you without incurring international charges. For Ultra Mobile users, these calls are inbound and do not count against your international credit, making them a completely free way to receive international calls.
Add-On International Features
With unique add-ons like uTalk and Globe Unlimited, Ultra Mobile makes it easy to customize your plan for even greater global connectivity.
For those looking for even more connectivity options, Ultra Mobile offers a range of add-on features. For just $10 per month, you can subscribe to uTalk, which gives you up to 1,250 bonus minutes of talk to 10 unique numbers across 39 additional countries. This add-on is perfect for those who frequently communicate with people in countries not covered by the 90+ free international destinations.
If you have a special connection to the Philippines, Ultra Mobile has you covered with its Globe Unlimited service. For an additional $10 per month, this service allows unlimited calling to five Philippine phone numbers on the Globe network, making it an excellent option for those with family or friends in the Philippines.
For travelers, Ultra Mobile offers international roaming credits through its UpRoam add-on. You can purchase roaming credits in $5, $10, or $20 increments, which can be used in over 210 destinations worldwide. This roaming option allows you to use data, make calls, and send texts while traveling abroad, ensuring you stay connected wherever your travels take you.
